Meyer SA was born in 1994, when Meyer and Benassi families joined forces to export from Chile fresh fruits and import them into brazilian market. Through the years, strong relationships have been created in other countries and nowadays Canada, China, Colombia, Guatemala, India, Italy and Taiwan are some of our destinations.

In 2005, Meyer and Bocchi Holding BV start together a project to plant 100 hectares of organic kiwifruit,  Project Fruit SA. Later in 2007, this company became part of the holding Univeg Fruits and Vegetable B.V, one of the largest marketing group of fruits and vegetables in the world.

During 2007, Meyer SA built a warehouse with leading technology for packing and storing. Its capacity reaches 10,000 bins of controlled atmosphere and 8,000 bins of regular atmosphere together with three italian packing lines attend the service request from Meyer SA plus different exporting companies for cherries, kiwifruits, plums and pears.
